I live in China Grove N.C. about 30 miles north of Charlotte.  I have worked my entire life (well most of it) in the technology industry.  The majority of my IBM career was spent supporting the banking industry working with the largest banks in the world including Bank of America, Bank of China & ICBC (the world’s largest bank).  I have been fortunate enough to work in all aspects of banking technology from core system integration to mobile and digital banking channels and infrastructure in the role of Chief Architect/Systems Engineer which is the best customer-facing role in the technology field.  In 2016, I moved to NCR Corporation where I was the Director of the Presales Systems Engineering team where I created and lead the team of technical sales architects for North and South America supporting both the ATM & payments business as well as Digital Banking.  In 2019 I took the role of Global Director of Solution Architecture for HCL Software, a division of HCL Technologies that acquired software assets from IBM.  In this role, I lead and drive the strategy for the Banking and Insurance industries.  Technology continues to be an amazing industry that continues to evolve with the advent of cloud offerings and a digital-first world.
